My name is Thais Talo.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, 34 years old and a mother of 2. My relationship with fitness started 20 years ago when I first stepped into a gym.
I started weight training when I was 14. I trained on and off until I had my kids. I stopped as soon as I got pregnant with my first and after a 4 year pause I decided to change my game. I found myself again, gained my confidence back, got into the best shape of my life and started to help people to do the same.
